Utility Resource Collaborative, LLC (URC) is a utility resources company focused on developing, providing, and maintaining an online library of commonly needed public utility Engineering & Operations, Emergency Planning, and Communications tools.

A statewide template for Wildfire Mitigation Plans is our initial product.

The URC fills industry gaps by providing an online resource for utilities to get access to standardized, commonly needed content/tools/templates nationally.

It is called the “Collaborative” because it encourages industry partners to provide standardized content/programs/products for industry benefit. Many utilities are resource-constrained and asked to do more with less… the Collaborative uses “Content Collaborators” to help give utility access to materials that they would otherwise have to produce themselves.
